CMG is a multi-faceted residential and commercial Property Management Company that believes asset management is its primary responsibility. 

Founded in 1981 the company has experienced dynamic growth in recent years under the direction of Swedish-born president, Olof Nelson..  The commitment to integrity, and the philosophy to exceed client expectations, that Nelson brings to the table have become the standards by which other property management firms are judged.

Our Fees...
Our fees take into consideration the combination of services we provide.  We believe in creating a long-term relationship with our clients that is beneficial to all.  Once we have hashed out your ‘wish list,’ and have established which of our Property Management services suit your requirements and fit your budget, we can quote you a definitive fee for our services.

Variable costs include unusual office expenses, collaterals, additional meetings, supervising non-routine projects and maintenance, and preparation and testimony for court or civic appearances.
