Consolidated Management Group Announces Maintenance Division Head

Westport, CT March 21, 2011 - Consolidated Management Group (CMG) announces David Wick as Vice President, Guardian Maintenance, CMG’s property maintenance and repair division. Mr. Wick will be responsible for building client relationships across CMG’s markets in Fairfield, New Haven and Hartford Counties and will oversee day-to-day operational management of CMG’s maintenance staff and crews.  

CMG’s Guardian Maintenance division serves over 130 condominium associations and commercial properties under management by CMG. “David has an extensive background with varying types of properties and deep construction, project management and business development experience. He will undoubtedly assure that Guardian Maintenance clients receive the appropriate, professional services needed to protect and enhance the complexes we manage”, said CMG President and CEO Olof Nelson.
