Consolidated Management Group Announces South Windsor OfficeWestport, CT March 21, 2011 - Consolidated Management Group (CMG) announces the opening of it South Windsor office located at 435 Buckland Road. The office will be managed by Bob Burrows who has over 20 years experience in the property management business, specifically managing condominium associations. CMG President and CEO Olof Nelson said, “expanding into Hartford County has always been part of the master plan for CMG. We have had numerous requests over the years to manage Hartford County properties but knew that we could not serve our clients to our standards without having local property managers and resources. I’m confident that with Bob managing the office, we will continue to offer the services that our clients are accustom to”. CMG, headquartered in Westport, Connecticut manages approximately 130 condominium and homeowner associations, commercial condominiums, cooperatives, multi-story residential complexes, rental properties and private residences. CMG Commercial, CMG’s commercial division, provides full service property management for commercial properties such as retail, office, mix-use and shopping centers. Guardian Maintenance, CMG’s property maintenance and repair division, performs routine maintenance and repairs for the complexes under CMG’s management.
