Our Team

Olof Nelson

President & CEO of Consolidated Management Group. In January of 2006, Olof took charge of CMG which has grown significantly under his leadership. He is an entrepreneur with decades of experience in real estate, hydroelectric power and water resources, and banking.
Olof has served on the board of directors of many public and private companies including having served as Chairman and CEO of a NASDAQ-listed corporation. Several of these organizations, under Olof's leadership, had significant property management operations.
Olof has a great interest in corporate governance and was President of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He imparts this interest and experience to many condominium association boards, which includes organizing and conducting governance seminars to enhance Board members’ ability to better serve their associations.
A native of Sweden, Olof has a Masters Degree from the University of Stockholm and is a graduate of the Royal Swedish Naval Academy.

David Liptak

Vice President and Controller, is a veteran in the property management business and has been with CMG for 25 years where he has seen almost all there is to see of the financial aspect of an association and property management. Dave has handled various types of community associations over the years and has assisted numerous communities in the transitioning process from developer (declarant) to the association. Dave holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Pace University.

John Cottell

Senior Property Manager and Technical Manager, has 30-years experience in the property management business. As Deputy Director of Public Facilities/Utilities Manager for the City of Bridgeport, John has been managing and coordinating all of the City’s properties and infrastructure. In addition, he was a Nuclear Test Engineer on submarine plants and Chief Engineer while working in the oil industry. John received his B.S. in Marine Engineering from US Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point. He also holds a NEEP Building Operators Certificate and a CT Transportation Institute Road Master Certificate.

Connie Fossaroli

Vice President and Senior Property Manager has 16 years experience with property management and over the last 9 years has managed condominium associations including those with union staff members. A native of Argentina, Connie received a B.A. in Business Administration and a Masters in Real Estate from New York University. Connie also holds a Real Estate Brokers License.

Gary Gilbert

Vice President Operations has over 25 years of experience managing sales and customer service teams for national corporations. In addition he has experience in the real estate and construction industry. He is very active with civic issues and served the town of Guilford on the Charter Revision and Recreation Commissions, as well as Chairman of the Task Force for Operational Efficiency. Currently he is serving as Fire Commissioner. Gary holds a B.A. from Providence College.

Jim Hollyday

Senior Property Manager, has worked in the real estate industry for 30 years as a residential broker and sales manager. In the early 1980's Jim sold 40 Clarmont Condominium units in Norwalk and was responsible for the successful conversion from developer to association. Today, almost 30 years later, Jim is managing Clarmont having left the sales side of the real estate several years ago for condominium property management.

Bob Burrows

Senior Property Manager and Manager of CMG's South Windsor Office has over 23 years of experience in the property management industry as an owner of a property management company and as a property manager. Bob has managed a variety of property sizes and styles and is particularly familiar with larger communities with onsite maintenance staff and varied amenities. He has a special interest in grounds care and has formal training in lawns and ornamental plantings. Bob is a holder of the prestigious PCAM designation, the highest industry certification for community association management. Bob also holds a degree in Business Administration.

 

Lorie LeCleir

Controller, is another CMG veteran with almost 30 years of property management experience. She has been with CMG’s commercial property management and maintenance divisions for over 20 years and has substantial experience in both accounting and property management as they relate to condominium associations and commercial properties.

Patty Coleman

Property Manager with over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, 15 of those as Project Manager for residential new construction and renovation projects and more recently as a manager of condominium associations. Patty who joined CMG in 2008 is also highly effective in supporting CMG's new business development.

 


 

David Wick

Vice President, CMG Property Maintenance, CMG's property maintenance,repairs and construction division. David has an extensive background spanning over 22 years specializing in new construction, renovation, and restoration of multi-family communities, single-family residences, and commercial real estate development. He is responsible for day-to-day operations of Guardian and for building new relationship across CMG's markets. David has a Science Degree from Palm Beach Community College and Building Construction from University of Florida.


Theresa Fumo

Property Manager with proven success in over 15 years experience in all areas of commercial facilities and building service industries, including facilities management, building maintenance, janitorial and property management. Theresa has managed a wide variety of buildings both commercial and residential, properties of Triple Class A (AAA) office buildings, multi and single tenant corporate parks, municipalities, educational facilities, condominiums and co-ops. Her extensive experience includes all aspects of the properties needs including, budgeting, administration, personnel, negotiating with labor unions, negotiating with vendors, occupancy control, and tenant/resident relations. Theresa holds a Bachelor's degree from University of Connecticut.


Sean Mirkov

Property Manager and Manager of the Greenwich Office. Before joining CMG Sean worked as a Para Legal in Real Estate. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and in addition to being a Property Manager for Greenwich and Stamford properties he is also a Leasing Agent. Sean is a graduate of Ithaca College and holds a B.A. in Legal Studies.

Oliver Majewski

Property Manager with over five years of experience in the property/construction management fields. Oliver has extensive experience managing residential and commercial properties and acting as a liason between residents/tenants, managers, and contractors. His prior experience includes managing 10 properties in Westchester County and overseeing construction work in Manhattan. Oliver is a graduate of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and holds a B.S. in Construction Management.
