Olof Nelson

CEO of Consolidated Management Group. In January of 2006, Olof took charge of the Company; which has grown significantly under his leadership. He is an entrepreneur with decades of experience in real estate, hydroelectric power and water resources, as well as banking.

Olof has served on the board of directors of many public and private companies, including having served as the Chairman and CEO of a NASDAQ-listed corporation. Several of these organizations have had significant property management operations.

Olof has a great interest in corporate governance and was until recently the President of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He imparts this interest and experience to many condominium association boards, which includes organizing and conducting governance seminars to enhance board members’ ability to better serve their associations.

A native of Sweden, Olof has a Masters Degree from the University of Stockholm and is a graduate of the Royal Swedish Naval Academy.

David Liptak

Vice President and Controller, is a veteran in the property management business and has been with the Company for 23 years; where he has seen almost all there is to see of the financial aspect of an association, as well as of property management.  Dave has handled various types of community associations over the years and has assisted numerous communities in the transitioning process from developer to association.  Dave holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Pace University.

John Cottell

Senior Property Manager and Technical Manager, has 30-years experience in the property management business. As Deputy Director of Public Facilities/Utilities Manager for the City of Bridgeport, John has been managing and coordinating all of the City’s properties and infrastructure. In addition, he was a Nuclear Test Engineer on submarine plants and Chief Engineer while working in the oil industry. John received his B.S. in Marine Engineering from US Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point. He also holds a NEEP Building Operators Certificate and a CT Transportation Institute Road Master Certificate.

Connie Fossaroli

Senior Property Manager has 14-years experience with property management and, over the last 7 years, has managed condominium associations; including those whose staff are union members. A native of Argentina, Connie received a B.A. in Business Administration and a Masters in Real Estate from New York University. She has also passed the test required by Community Association Institute for Property Manager Certification.

Hank Barkon

President of HB Property Management, which merged with CMG in 2009, brings with him 40 years of property management experience. He has managed many types of properties including condominium, cooperative, PUD, commercial and senior housing. Hank received CPM National Designation in 1972 and a Connecticut Brokers License in 1975. Since 1985, he has owned and successfully operated HB.  Hank graduated from his native Israel where he also served in the army. A further highlight of his life as a young man was representing Israel in National and Olympic basketball competitions.

Jim Hollyday

Property Manager, has worked in the real estate industry for 29 years; starting as broker and sales manager. In the 80s, he sold 40 units of Claremont Condominiums in Norwalk, as well as having been responsible for the successful conversion from sponsor to association. 26 years later, Jim is managing Claremont; having left the sales side of the real estate business five years ago for condominium property management. Jim has also passed the Community Association Institute’s required test for Property Manager Certification.

Craig Morgan

Property Manager, has 7 years' experience in the property management business, as well as having spent two years with the Real Estate Practice Group of a medium-sized law firm. He earned his B.S. Degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Craig was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in August 2009.

Christopher Buccieri

Property Manager has been involved in all facets of property management for 21 years and has extensive experience with condominium associations and the management of staff, including union laborers. During the course of the last five years, Chris has been managing multiple residential condominiums and commercial properties in the Greenwich area. He also maintains invaluable experience in overseeing general and special renovation projects, acquired through a previous career as Project Manager for Manhattan real estate firms.

Lorie LeCleir

Controller is another Company veteran with over 26-years property management experience. She has been with CMG Guardian, CMG’s commercial property management arm, for 22 years and has substantial experience in both accounting and property management, as they relate to condominium associations and commercial properties.

Patty Coleman

Property Manager with 17 years' experience in the Real Estate industry; 15 of those as Project Manager for new construction and renovations and, more recently, in the management of condominium properties. Patty joined CMG as an Assistant Property Manager in 2008.

Michael Orr

Property Manager with 5 years experience working with high end Real Estate. Michael gained his experience working as a Project Manager for a builder specializing in building luxury homes in Greenwich, CT. In this position Michael was also given the opportunity to handle the day to day management and leasing of a luxury waterfront community which continue to be part of his responsibilities with CMG.
